Know us..
For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to be a designer.
I pursued that dream by studying Interior Design at the Art Institute of York, and after graduating, I spent over 15 years designing cabinetry at Olde Mill Cabinetry. My work covered everything from kitchens and bathrooms to offices and laundry rooms—any space that needed cabinetry, I helped bring it to life. I focused on making each design both functional and beautiful, guiding clients through layout planning and style selections.
Over those years, I gained hands-on experience with floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. I worked closely with electricians, plumbers, and builders, and I developed a sharp eye for practical, intentional design.
But in that time, I also saw the other side of things. I watched too many homes go up without a designer involved—and I saw the mistakes that followed. Costly missteps, missed opportunities, and overwhelmed homeowners trying to make big decisions without enough information. I worked with great designers, and some not-so-great ones. And I saw firsthand what a difference good design—and good guidance—can make.
That’s why I knew I had to do more.
I was tired of seeing the chaos. I wanted to step in before the mistakes happened, not after. I wanted to help people create homes that don’t just look good on paper, but actually work for the way they live. That’s what drives me. That’s why I do what I do.

He grew up sweeping the floors of his father’s cabinet shop, gradually learning every part of the trade from the ground up. Over the years, he mastered each area of the shop, and now—30 years later—he manages the entire operation. Dan would never call himself a master craftsman, but plenty of others do. His ability to build anything, paired with his unmatched attention to detail, has set him apart time and time again.
Beyond cabinetry, Dan has been renovating homes since he bought his first house at just 18. He’s spent years tackling tough problems, restoring spaces, and breathing new life into old homes. Renovation and craftsmanship aren’t just jobs for him—they’re second nature.
After several major renovations of our own, a few custom home builds, and decades in the industry, we realized it was time to combine our skills and do something more—together.
The art of uniting design and construction under one roof. With the designer and the builder working as one team, we bridge the gap between vision and execution—bringing beauty, function, and craftsmanship together from the very beginning.
Dan has been in the construction world for as long as he can remember.
