What once was a hustling, bustling shirt factory is now home to many small businesses. At the far west end of the old brick building is our little nook of industrial history — converted into an event space perfect for showers, parties, and even corporate events.

Please note: Table linens for round tables are not provided — please bring your own. Decorations must not damage walls, fixtures, or furniture. All décor, personal items, and rental equipment must be removed within your rental window.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

1. LET US KNOW YOUR DATE

Reach out via our contact form or email ashlylynn21@gmail.com. We reply to every inquiry by email — we keep all correspondence in email so nothing gets lost or miscommunicated. Your date isn't reserved until payment is received in full, so it's first come, first served.

2. COMPLETE YOUR RENTAL AGREMENT

We'll send a rental agreement. Fill it out, sign, and return it via email. Once received, we'll send an invoice for the full rental amount plus your $50 refundable security deposit — a safeguard for the property, refunded within 15 business days after your event as long as everything's left in good condition.

3. PAY YOUR INVOICE IN FULL

Your date is not confirmed until paid in full. We accept Venmo & Zelle only — include your name + event date in the memo. Once paid, your officially booked.

PARKING

Street parking is available along East Main Ave. We also have a parking lot directly behind the venue, plus an additional overflow lot about one block away. See the map for reference.

POLICIES

Trash

You remove your own trash. We provide the main cleaning — just leave the space as you found it, removing all property and trash, and we'll handle the rest. Dumpster use on-site available for a $50 fee if arranged in advance (day-of requests can't be accommodated).

Payment & Security Deposit

Payment + $50 security deposit due in full to reserve your date. Until full payment and a completed rental agreement are received, the date remains open — first come, first served. Venmo & Zelle only; include name + event date in memo. Deposit refunded within 15 business days post-event, pending no damage.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before your event — full refund, including security deposit
Less than 60 days before your event — security deposit is forfeited

Additional Time

Need more time? Additional hours are $50/hr, arranged in advance and noted on your rental agreement. Prefer full flexibility? Ask about the All-Day Option ($850).
