Every project we do starts with the design phase. The most important stage of the project. This is where all the planning takes place, ideas are thought through, mechanicals are decided upon. Having a thought through design is what allows the rest of the process to move smoothly. Keep on reading to see how we use the design phase to set us up for success.

Initial Meeting
For renovations we like to walk through the rooms for the proposed project. We take measurements and hear what you the client hopes to accomplish. We discuss budget and ask questions about how you live in your home and how you envision you and your family enjoying the final project.
Drawings
We take all we learned and measured at our initial meeting and begin creating floor plans, detailed elevations, 3 dimensional renderings and selections for your project. After an initial presentation, a final presentation and 1 round of minor changes, we have "sign off" and move onto the next phase. Construction.
Staging
An optional service to add is our furnishings package. We will continue in designing your home for you by also selecting furniture and accessories for the home and staging the home for a tv like reveal day when the project is finished.
