A streamlined, remote design service focused on layout development and visual clarity. Ideal for homeowners outside our geographic area — or for those seeking professional spatial guidance without full-service engagement — this offering provides thoughtful planning and direction from a distance.

Through floor plan revisions or new layout development, kitchen planning and cabinetry configuration, detailed 3D renderings, and a conceptual mood board to establish overall direction, we create a clear and cohesive design framework. Scaled layout drawings and a concise design summary are provided to support confident implementation.

This service does not include finish sourcing, procurement, or contractor coordination. It is designed for clients who value expert planning and want clear visual direction — wherever they are.
